A Sheltering Tree

In November of 2001, God began the ministry of A Sheltering Tree, a pregnancy care ministry. This was a much-needed community help group for girls and women needing help in the pregnancy care area. A Sheltering Tree ministers to hundreds of young girls and women each year, providing them with a safe and confidential place in their time of need. 

In 2024, A Sheltering Tree ministered to 1132 clients and were able to share the Gospel 45 times.  The ministry continues to grow each year!
 

We provide the following at no charge to the client:

• Pregnancy Testing
• Confidential Counseling
• Referrals for Maternity Care & Community Services
• Gently Used Maternity Clothing
• Gently Used Baby Clothing (up to 2T)
• Diapers
• Baby Accessories

Donations of baby items, new or gently used, are always needed and greatly appreciated: 

• Baby Wipes
• Diapers
• Baby food & formula
• Furniture: car seats, highchairs, changing tables, cribs, etc. (new or gently used)
